This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled by Perth Airbnb Property Management (“we”, “us”, “our”) in relation to our services and website use.
1. Guest Bookings and Stays
Perth Airbnb Property Management does not process guest payments or issue refunds for accommodation bookings.
All guest bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed exclusively through the relevant booking platform (such as Airbnb) and are subject to that platform’s cancellation and refund policies.
Any refund requests from guests must be made directly through the booking platform used to make the reservation.
2. Property Management Services (Owners)
Fees paid to Perth Airbnb Property Management for management, co-hosting, or related services are subject to the terms outlined in the individual Property Management Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Management fees already earned are non-refundable

Setup fees, onboarding fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable

Services provided prior to termination are not refundable
3. Service Interruptions
We do not offer refunds for loss of income, bookings, or occupancy resulting from:

Guest cancellations

Platform outages or changes to platform policies

Market conditions or seasonal demand

Events outside our control (including weather events, utility outages, or government restrictions)
4. Maintenance and Third-Party Costs
Costs incurred for cleaning, maintenance, repairs, trades, or third-party services arranged on behalf of a property owner are not refundable once services have been delivered or scheduled.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service is found to be not provided with due care and skill, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
6. Requests and Disputes
If you believe a refund should be considered due to an error or exceptional circumstance, please contact us in writing with full details.
We will review all requests fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
